OUR INSPECTION
What's included?
With the majority of new homes being handed over with snags, it's important to have your home surveyed by a professional snagger as soon as possible. We can highlight any issues and enable you to have them corrected within your warranty period, ensuring you don't have hefty bills to pay for corrective work when your 2-year warranty period ends.
Whether your new home is a 1-bedroom apartment or a 3-bedroom family home, our new build snagging inspection includes everything you need to ensure it is finished to the highest standards. We don't want to confuse you with packages, optional extras and jargon, so we simply offer one comprehensive inspection that can be tailored to suit all types of homes.
During our visit, we will ensure every area of your property is inspected. We will spend a reasonable amount of time in your home, making sure that we look at every nook and cranny. This includes internal finishes like paintwork and plaster, plumbing, electrics, external works and landscaping. We also include thermal imaging in all of our inspections, ensuring your home is efficiently insulated and your heating is performing as expected.

The Report
Upon completion of your snagging inspection, we will explain our findings with you and ensure you understand what will be included in your report, and how you can use it. We will then email your finalised snagging report within 48 hours of a completed inspection.
Your report will include a comprehensive list of any issues uncovered, categorised by location and the type of problem. It will also include timestamped photographs and descriptions of each snag.
